Phil Town A lot of people email me asking for advice on how to get out of debt so they can start investing. I've covered debt management before, and other people on other sites also talk about this quite a bit, so this post is a recap to show you were to find information to get you started.
One place with good and varied reading is the Carnival of Debt Reduction, a compilation of posts and articles that travels around to different blogs every week.
You also need to know the difference between good debt and bad debt so you can decide for yourself whether it's time to pay things down.
David Bach's book and workbooks are really helpful as well. There are always places to cut corners in any budget.
